Both halves of the $10 billion James Webb Space Telescope, scheduled to launch in March 2021, have been assembled.  The milestone is a result of the efforts of thousands of dedicated individuals for over more than 20 years.  The JWT will orbit the Sun, not the Earth.

Researchers from the Australian National University (ANU) have broken new ground in solar cell energy efficiency and in the process provided a glimpse of the technology’s future. The researchers have a set a new record of 21.6 percent efficiency, the highest ever achieved for perovskite cells above a certain size.
